I’m Tami, a Nutritional Therapist, Restorative Health Practitioner and I am currently in advanced training in Dr. Aviva Romm’s, Women’s Functional and Integrative Medicine Program. I help women rebalance blood sugar, metabolism, hormones, and energy without complicated wellness routines or unrealistic advice.
My approach is practical and root‑cause. We’ll focus on real food, blood‑sugar balance, movement that fits your life, better sleep, stress resilience, and strategic support (supplements and herbs when they actually serve you). I view symptoms as messengers, not enemies and together we’ll learn what they’re asking for.
I’ve walked this road. Years of IBS, fatigue, and type 2 diabetes left me inflamed, anxious, exhausted and hormonally imbalanced. When I ditched extremes and rebuilt my foundations, everything shifted, medications went away, and I finally felt like myself again. That lived experience shapes how I support you: compassionate, evidence‑informed, and realistic.
